KICK OFF BUSINESS PLAN 2016

On February 2-3, 2016 located in Ballroom Hotel Mega Anggrek, Jakarta, the company held Kick Off Business Plan 2016 event with the theme Transform To Be Excellent Part 2 ‘Profit Oriented’. The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, all General Managers, Area Marketing Managers, Area Operation Managers, Area Collection Managers, Branch Managers, Supervisors and all the winners of Bima Hebat from home office and all branches.

The first day was started with Bima Hebat Values performed by all attendees of the Kick Off event led by Mr. Warno Teguh Santoso. It was then followed with slogan recitations by Mr. Ery Susanto to fan into flames the spirit of all attendees. Later on there was a Presentation on National Performance given by Mr. Djuanda Setiawan as Finance Director and followed with Business Plan 2016 Presentation regarding future plans and targets for 2016 given by Mr. Halim Gunadi as Marketing and Collection Director.

Following the presentations, there was a Signing Ceremony for 2016 Commitments which was signed by all Area Marketing Managers, Area Operational Managers, Area Collection Managers, General Managers and Branch Managers from car and motorcycle business units as their performance targets and working plans which will be achieved by each branch. Later there were business units presentations which were presented by each division that attended the Kick Off event.

On the light side of the event, contest winners for the 2^nd semester were announced for all categories that were judged from all business units in the competition. Also announced was the winner to songwriting competition for Bima Hebat marching song which later became a fun surprise for all attendees as the winner was immediately asked to come forth and sing the winning marching song himself in front of the Kick Off attendees.

The event went on with a motivational speech from Mr. Eddy Edgar Hartono as President Commissioner and presentation on current state of the national economy and financing industry which was given by Mr. Suwandi Wiratno as Chairman of Indonesian Financial Services Association (IFSA). Also there were inspirational messages for the future of the company and a Q & A session with Ms. Wina Ratnawati as President Director. Day one of the Kick Off event was ended with gong beating by Ms. Wina Ratnawati.

Day two of the event went on with motivational seminar given by Trainer James Gwee with the theme ‘From Good to Great’ to boost Bima Finance work spirit for 2016.

Before the Kick Off event was concluded, Mr. Halim Gunadi conveyed some closing messages and also recited closing prayers. The event was finally concluded with photo sessions with all attendees which signified that the Kick Off Business Plan 2016 has been held successfully.
