2ND SEMESTER MEETING 2015

Bima Finance has completed the fiscal year 2015 and as part of 2015 performance evaluation and business planning for 2016, management held 2^nd semester meeting at Hotel NEO+ Green Savana, Sentul. The meeting was attended by Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, all General Managers and Managers from home office and all Area Managers from Marketing, Operation and Collection.

The event started with current year performance presentation which was given by Mr. Djuanda Setiawan as Director and then followed by discussion with all divisions and area managers that attended the meeting. The result from day one meeting was performance commitments and business targets for 2016 which would be used as business plans on each branch. The meeting was also used as a means for discussion and knowledge sharing in operational and marketing topics.

The meeting was ended with motivational speech from Mr. Eddy Edgar Hartono as President Commissioner, inspirational speech from Ms. Wina Ratnawati as President Director and final closing by Mr. Halim Gunadi who presented ways to achieve targets through catchy slogans. Also on day two, there was a motivational seminar given by Coach Tom McIffle to boost Bima Finance work spirit for 2016.
